Property Relay is not an emergency-response service. For fire, a suspected gas leak, a medical emergency, violence, or another immediate threat to people or property, contact 911 or the appropriate utility emergency service first. Once it is safe to do so, notify Property Relay.

We review the request and confirm whether it fits the service.
